Berth specifications







Ten berths are available at Silo Marina, suitable for boats of up to 116m in length. All pontoons are fully gated with key pad security and 24 hour CCTV surveillance. 

Berthage 

Ten berths are available at Silo Marina: 

  • J1 - 95 meters
  • J2 -116 meters
  • J3 - 116 meters
  • J3B - 65 meters
  • J3C - 65 meters
  • J4 - 100 meters
  • J5 - 78 meters
  • J6 - 60 meters
  • J12 - 90 metres
  • J13 - 90 metres

Each berth is equipped with a ground anchor to prevent fender rubbing, and golf carts can access the pontoons.

Berthage is charged at a rate of $8.00 per metre per day, with a minimum stay of five nights. 

Electricity, Water and Servicing

  • The layout of the marina allows for fuel trucks to access most berths
  • Electricity is charged at $0.27 plus GST per kilowatt
  • Water is charged at $6 plus GST per cubic metre

Specifications

  • Access to Silo Marina is around the northern head of Wynyard Point using the same entrance to Westhaven Marina
  • Sea depths range from 4.5m to 6.5 m
  • Each of the berths at Silo Marina has an electricity outlet providing 400 volts 50HZ from 125 amps up to 750 amps
  • The 125 amp units operate off five pin plugs and power supply for all other units is hard wired
