Marina cadet programme update

Over the past year, Georgia Dresner (pictured below, left image) has been an integral part of the Auckland Central and Silo Marinas team. Her enthusiasm and willingness to learn have seen her quickly adapt to the diverse challenges of marina operations. In the future she will transition to Westhaven Marina, where she will rotate through the various marina teams to further broaden her experience.

Following Adrian Naicker’s completion of his cadetship in 2025, we welcomed Jasper Camenzind (pictured below, right image) as our newest cadet in November 2025. Jasper brings experience in composite boatbuilding in Switzerland and with Emirates Team New Zealand in Auckland. He is also the 2025 New Zealand WASZP National Champion and currently ranked eighth in the world in this technical foiling dinghy class.
